General regulations Relevatez Festival

These must be strictly adhered to without exception and are implemented through the following measures:

• Tickets are available through advance sales and at the box office
• Contact details of visitors can be collected as required per ticket purchaser. (Contact Tracing)
  Admission to the event will be granted exclusively to persons with a valid ID or passport. The certificate must be presented at the entrance in paper form or digitally on a smartphone/tablet.

  The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee admission.

  The organizer may deny admission for any reason. This will not result in a refund of the ticket costs.

• The organizer reserves the right to follow up on any performance reductions or performance increases from the original program.

Volume and miscellaneous:

• The volume in front of the stages will be a maximum of 100db. For protection, earplugs will be provided free of charge.
• Stroboscopic lighting effects may be used on the stages.

Lost property:

Lost and found items can be dropped off, picked up at the LATEZ / Infopoint booth.

Refund LATEZ:

Refunds of unredeemed LATEZ are excluded.

Cancellation or Postponement:

Cancellation:
Cancellation of tickets, with return of ticket cost, without valid reason, cannot be made. Excluded from this are buyers of the ticket with ticket insurance ERV (Eventfrog).

Postponement of the event:
If there would be a postponement of the event, the new date will be published as soon as possible. The organizer reserves the right to follow up on any reduction or increase in the performance of the original program. A refund of ticket costs is not guaranteed in this case.

Cancellation of the event:
If the event is cancelled, ticket costs will be refunded directly to the ticket purchaser. (Bank and credit card processing fees may be charged).
